Step 1 – Tell us what you need
Share your screen size, shape (flat, C, J or S curve), resolution, touch requirement and quantity. Not sure about details? Send us a photo or sample of the screen you currently use – manufacturers work well with physical references.
Step 2 – Sample development
For custom requirements, the factory develops a sample for your review. You check the curvature, image quality, touch response and build. Only when you approve the sample does production begin. Sample fees are usually refundable against your first bulk order.
MOQ and lead time
For samples, the quantity is usually 1-2 pieces. For bulk production, minimum order quantities depend on the model and screen size – confirm with us and we will state the MOQ in writing. Typical lead time after sample approval and deposit is 15-30 days for standard builds; we always confirm exact timing before you order.
Payment and contracts
You buy factory-direct: sales contracts and proforma invoices are issued directly by the manufacturer, and payment goes to the manufacturer’s official corporate account (usually T/T – 30% deposit and 70% before shipment). This means your order is backed by the factory itself – no middleman markup, no unclear legal entity.
Shipping and documents
We quote FOB or CIF to your port. Sea freight suits bulk orders; air or express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) suits samples and small orders. The manufacturer provides export documents – proforma invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates (CE/FCC/RoHS) with the shipment.
