Whether you are building a new slot machine or replacing screens in existing cabinets, a clear specification gets you an accurate quotation quickly — and prevents costly mistakes after the order. Use this checklist when you write your inquiry.
1. Cabinet opening and screen size
Give the visible screen size you need (21.5″, 23.8″, 27″, 31.5″, 43″, 49″ or 55″) and the cabinet opening dimensions. If you are replacing a screen, tell us the existing part number if you have it — or send a photo with a ruler against the screen.
2. Curve profile and radius
State whether you need flat, C-curve, J-curve, S-curve or a deep C-curve, and the radius if you know it. Our standard radii are 1500R (C and J), 1200R (S) and 800R (deep C, 42″). If you are unsure, send a sample or a side-view drawing of the existing screen.
3. Resolution
Full HD (1920×1080) covers most slot content in production. Specify UHD (3840×2160) if your content roadmap includes 4K titles or if sharp text is critical on a large screen.
4. Touch or non-touch
Our screens are available with 10-point PCAP touch or without. Confirm with your game software provider whether touch input is used for menus, bonus features or player cards.
5. Brightness and environment
300-nit models suit typical indoor casino floors; 500-nit models (S-curved 55″ and C-curved R800 42″) are for brighter environments or where extra punch is wanted. Mention if the machine sits near windows or under strong ambient light.
6. Interfaces your cabinet provides
Our standard inputs are HDMI, VGA, DVI, Touch-USB and RS232, with DisplayPort optional. Tell us which signals your cabinet harness carries — and whether you need a specific connector orientation or cable length.
7. Glass, finish and mechanical details
Options include chemically or thermally strengthened glass, anti-glare treatment, edge LED decorative lighting, mounting hole pattern and bezel colour. If your cabinet uses a specific bracket, share the drawing.
8. Test and documentation requirements
Tell us your destination market and whether the casino operator requires particular documents (for example CE or FCC related evidence, or specific EMC/safety reports). We will confirm in writing what we can supply. Our screens have passed salt spray, vibration, drop and safety testing — see the reports here.
9. Quantity, schedule and destination
Give the quantity for the first order (samples 1–2 pcs; then your production volume), the date you need units on the floor, and the destination port. This lets us quote FOB or CIF and confirm lead time accurately.
10. Sample first
Always approve a sample before volume production. We support this by default: share your requirement (or send a sample) and the factory develops a sample for your approval — only then does production start. Sample fees, where charged, are normally credited against your first bulk order.
