5. Function and aging test in production
Beyond third-party reports, good factories test every unit: incoming material inspection of panels and boards, in-line inspection on the bonding and assembly lines, and an aging/function test before packing. Our partner factory runs its own LCD glass bonding line and 20+ production lines in a 23,000 m² facility.

Casino floors run continuously, and a failed screen means a dark machine and lost revenue. That is why serious buyers ask suppliers for test evidence before placing an order. Here is what to look for — and what our own screens are tested for.
1. Corrosion resistance — salt spray test
Salt spray testing simulates years of exposure to humidity and airborne salts, which matters for machines near coastal casinos, on ships, or in high-traffic floors that are cleaned frequently. Our 43″ curved touch display passed a 48-hour salt spray test to GB/T 2423.17, with the test solution held at 5% concentration and pH 6.5–7.2 throughout.
2. Transport durability — random vibration and drop tests
Screens cross the world in containers, then get moved through warehouses and installations. Broadband random vibration testing (GB/T 2423.56) and drop testing check that the product and its packaging survive that journey. Both were carried out on our curved display and passed.
3. Electrical safety
Safety of audio/video, IT and communication equipment is assessed under GB 4943.1-2022 in China, with equivalent standards in other markets (for example IEC/EN 62368-1 in Europe). Our screens passed the safety requirements in the test report.
