What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For most models the sample MOQ is 1 piece so you can evaluate quality first. Bulk MOQ typically starts at 5-20 pieces depending on the model and customization. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm the MOQ in your quotation.
Do you provide samples? How much?
Yes. Samples are available. The sample fee depends on the model, and it is usually refundable against your first bulk order. Delivery takes about 5-10 days by express courier.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard models: about 15-30 days after deposit, depending on the order size and the production schedule. Customized models take longer. We always confirm the lead time in writing before you place the order.
How do I pay?
This website is for product display and inquiries only – we do not take payments online. For orders, the manufacturer issues a Proforma Invoice and a sales contract directly. Payment is made by T/T (bank transfer) to the manufacturer’s official corporate account. Sample fees can be paid via PayPal or T/T.
What is the shipping arrangement?
We quote FOB (e.g., Shanghai or Ningbo) or CIF to your destination port. Sea freight is recommended for bulk orders; air freight or express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples and small orders.
Do you provide certifications?
Yes. Our products are CE/FCC/RoHS compliant, and we provide certificates and test reports with the shipment. Please tell us your destination country so we can confirm the required documentation.
Can you customize products for my market (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We support custom sizes, brightness, systems (Android/Windows), logo printing and packaging. Send us your requirements and we will advise on feasibility and costs.
What is the warranty and after-sales service?
Standard warranty is 1 year (extendable). The factory provides after-sales technical support, and we coordinate the whole process for you in English.
