Which screen sizes do you produce?
Flat screens: 21.5″, 23.8″, 27″, 31.5″, 43″, 49″ and 55″. Curved screens: J-curve 43″/49″/55″ (radius 1500R), S-curve 55″ (radius 1200R), C-curve 31.5″/43″/49″/55″ (radius 1500R) and C-curve R800 in 42″. Resolution is 1920×1080 or 3840×2160 depending on model.
Which curve should I choose – C, J or S?
C-curve (1500R) is a uniform gentle arc and the most widely used main-screen profile. J-curve (1500R) is flatter at the top and curves at the bottom, which suits cabinets with a sloped lower section. S-curve (1200R, 500 nits) gives a deeper wrap for premium cabinets, and C-curve R800 (42″, 500 nits) is our tightest curve. See the range comparison or the curve guide.
Is touch available?
Yes – 10-point PCAP (projected capacitive) touch is optional on every model in the range. Touch adds interactivity for menus, bonus features and player selection; non-touch versions are available where the game is entirely button-driven.
What brightness do the screens have?
Flat 21.5″ and 23.8″ are 250 nits; the rest of the flat range and the J- and C-curved 1500R models are 300 nits. The S-curved 55″ and C-curved R800 42″ are high-brightness 500-nit models for brighter environments.
What are the standard specifications across the range?
60 Hz refresh rate, NTSC 72% / 102% colour gamut, chemically or thermally strengthened glass (anti-glare optional), edge LED decorative lighting, and inputs: HDMI, VGA, DVI, Touch-USB, RS232 plus optional DisplayPort. Warranty is 3 years.
Has the screen been tested?
Yes. Our 43″ curved touch display has passed independent third-party testing for 48-hour salt spray (GB/T 2423.17), broadband random vibration (GB/T 2423.56), drop resistance and safety (GB 4943.1-2022), and we hold a signed photobiological safety report. The reports can be downloaded here.
Can you match the screen I am using now?
Yes. Send us a sample of your current screen (or detailed drawings) and our partner factory will develop a sample to match your dimensions, curvature, brightness and touch requirements for your approval before production.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Samples are available from 1 piece so you can evaluate quality first. The bulk MOQ depends on the model, size and any customisation – we confirm the exact MOQ in your written quotation. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm.
How does the sample process work?
You share your requirement (or send a sample) – the factory develops a sample – you approve it – then production begins. The sample fee and lead time depend on the model and are stated in your quotation. Where a sample is charged, it is normally credited against your first bulk order.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the model and order size, and is confirmed in writing in your quotation and in the Proforma Invoice. Because screening and assembly are done in-house at the factory (23,000 m², 20+ production lines), we can commit to specific dates once your specification is locked.
How do I pay?
This website is for product display and inquiries only – no online payment. Sales contracts and Proforma Invoices are issued directly by the manufacturer, Jiangsu Titong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and payment is made by T/T to the manufacturer’s official corporate account. You buy factory-direct, with no middleman markup; Pingju Supply Chain is remunerated by the manufacturer.
Do you provide certifications for my market?
We provide the independent test reports listed on our Quality & Certifications page. Requirements differ by market and by casino operator, so please tell us your destination country and end customer – we will confirm in writing exactly which documents we can supply before you order.
What is the warranty and after-sales service?
Standard warranty is 3 years. The manufacturer handles production, quality control, logistics and after-sales technical support, while Pingju Supply Chain coordinates everything for you in English from first inquiry to delivery.
Why should I buy through your company instead of dealing with the factory directly?
We are the authorized overseas export partner of the manufacturer (Authorization No. TT-PJ-NE-2026-001). You buy at factory-direct prices with no markup added by us, contracts and payment go directly to the manufacturer’s official accounts, and you get one English-speaking contact for requirements, samples, documentation and follow-up.

How many nits should a slot machine screen have?
Most indoor floors are well served by 300 nits with anti-glare glass; compact button panels use 250 nits, and 500-nit panels are specified where machines stand in strong ambient light such as entrances, window bays or day-lit arcades. More brightness is not automatically better: it costs more, runs hotter and lifts the black level. See how many nits your floor actually needs.
What does R1500 mean on a curved screen?
R1500 is the curvature radius: the screen would form part of a circle with a 1,500 mm radius, so it wraps gently. Our deep C-curve is R800, roughly half that radius and noticeably sharper. A replacement must match the original radius or it will not sit flush in the cabinet — see the glossary and how to match an existing display.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
You receive an automatic confirmation immediately, then an engineer-reviewed quotation within one working day covering unit price, FOB/CIF cost for your destination, MOQ, sample process and lead time. If the configuration is new, the factory builds a sample for your approval before any volume order. Delivery and packing details are on each series page.
Do your screens come with test documentation?
Yes. Third-party reports are available for the tested model, including 48-hour salt spray, random vibration, drop and safety testing (GB 4943.1), and photobiological safety. The manufacturer issues the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin for each shipment. Reports are listed on quality & certifications.
Can you supply screens for electronic table games and betting terminals?
Yes. ETG terminals, betting kiosks and self-service stations typically use flat 23.8″–43″ panels with 10-point PCAP touch, portrait or landscape, and 500-nit models where the terminal stands near glass. Because these terminals are installed in banks, we keep brightness and glass treatment consistent across the batch. See where our screens are used.
What do I need to send for an accurate quotation?
Six details are enough: size and resolution, flat or curved with the radius, brightness, touch requirement (and number of touch points), the interfaces your platform uses, and quantity with destination port.
