Buying Slot Machine Screens Safely: Factory-Direct vs Trading Company vs Agent

When you source screens from China, you will meet three types of supplier: the factory itself, a trading company, and an authorized export agent. They look similar in an email thread — but the contract, the price and your recourse if something goes wrong are very different. Here is how to tell them apart and protect your order.

1. The manufacturing factory

You deal directly with the producer. Advantages: lowest price, direct technical answers. Watch out for: minimum order quantities, limited English support, and the fact that a factory salesperson may be handling dozens of domestic accounts at once.

2. The trading company

A trader buys from the factory and resells. It is legitimate if disclosed — but you should know that the price includes their margin, and quality responsibility usually sits with the trader rather than the producer. Ask who manufactures the product and who signs the contract.

3. The authorized export agent (our model)

We are the authorized overseas export partner of the manufacturer (Authorization No. TT-PJ-NE-2026-001). In practice this means:

  • Factory-direct price — we do not add a markup; we are remunerated by the manufacturer.
  • Contract and Proforma Invoice issued directly by the manufacturer — you are contracting with the factory, not with an intermediary.
  • Payment to the manufacturer’s official corporate account — never to a personal account.
  • One English-speaking contact for requirements, samples, documentation and follow-up, backed by the factory’s production, QC, export and after-sales teams.

How to verify any supplier in five minutes

  1. Ask for the authorization letter (or confirm who manufactures the product).
  2. Check the contract party in the Proforma Invoice — it should be the manufacturer whose name is on the product.
  3. Check the bank account name — it must match the contract party exactly.
  4. Ask for test reports (salt spray, vibration, drop, safety) and the warranty terms in writing.
  5. Order a sample and evaluate it in a real cabinet before committing to volume.

Our authorization documents, factory profile, test reports and full specification range are published on this website so you can verify all of the above before you send a single email: authorization, factory, quality & certifications, range comparison.

Send us your screen requirement — or a sample — and we will reply within 24 hours with specifications, documents and pricing.
